Oleg Fastovsky has extensive experience providing defense for many types of offenses for nearly fifteen years, from minor to major, and works with clients from Western Maryland to Baltimore to the Eastern Shore. He provides individualized defense cases to ensure the best possible outcome.

Mr. Fastovsky received his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Towson University and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law with his Juris Doctor. He is admitted to practice law in Maryland and in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. He is also a member of the bar associations for Howard County, Anne Arundel, and Wicomico County, although he frequents numerous other counties and jurisdictions.

Oleg’s legal career has provided numerous opportunities and affiliations outside of Criminal Defense. He is a member of the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys Association and the National College for DUI Defense. While in law school, Oleg was selected for an unprecedented three (3) years to the Law Schools National Trial Competition, leading the two teams to a regional Championship as Team Captain his third year. Additionally, for several years thereafter he was asked to run the entire National Trial team program and served as an associate professor/adjunct faculty member at the University of Baltimore School of Law, where even today he continues to assist and provide guest judging support. These roles allowed Oleg to mentor students and guide them into their early legal careers and often even years thereafter Oleg is asked to assist his former students as they grow in their careers, providing guidance, advise and support. He is also invited to lecture at various seminars related to criminal law and frequently attends events and lectures in order to stay up to date on the latest criminal law developments.

Overall, Oleg takes great pride in not only providing information and legal experience to those who seek his help, but also to provide comfort for defendants and their families while fighting for their cases in often a very difficult time. Oleg takes the time to learn each client’s unique story and figure out how to achieve the best possible outcome. In doing so, he aims to build the best defense possible and explains the potential legal process in understandable terms.
